Vandergriff Chevrolet is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and keeping front deskoperations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet customers in person and over the phone Answer and direct incoming calls with accuracy and professionalism Provide general information and guide customers to the correct department Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area Enter customer information and notes into the dealership CRM system Support various departments with basic administrative tasks Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong phone etiquette and comfort managing a steady call volume Proficient in computer skills, including email, data entry, and office applications Experience using a dealership CRM is preferred, but training is available Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to multitask Reliable and able to work part-time hours, including possible evenings or weekends Why Join Vandergriff Chevrolet?
