Salary Range : $125,000 - $160,000 (commensurate with experience)

The group fosters a collaborative and supportive environment where team members are empowered to excel.  The Physician Assistant (PA) will work alongside a team of experienced Otolaryngologists and medical professionals to provide comprehensive ENT care to a diverse patient population.   Clinical Care : Assist in evaluating, diagnosing, and managing conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.

  Patient Consultations : Conduct thorough patient histories and physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop appropriate treatment plans.

  Procedural Assistance : Support physicians during in-office procedures and surgical cases.

\n
• \n

  Treatment Management : Perform minor procedures, including ear cleaning, nasal packing, suturing, and biopsies as appropriate.

\n
• \n

  Post-Operative Care : Monitor patient recovery, manage follow-up visits, and address post-procedural concerns.

\n
• \n

  Patient Education : Counsel patients on treatment plans, procedures, medications, and preventive care.

\n
• \n

  Documentation : Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely electronic medical records (EMR).

\n
• \n

  Collaboration : Work closely with the physicians, nurses, audiologists, and other clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

\n

  Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program.

\n
• \n

  Board Certification (NCCPA) or eligibility required.

\n
• \n

  Valid Virginia PA license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).

\n
• \n

  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.

\n
• \n

  New graduates with a strong interest in Otolaryngology are encouraged to apply; on-the-job training and mentorship will be provided.
