Looking for Project manager/ Director of operations/ supervisor/ laborer
Pay based on ability and experience.
Responsibilities include but not limited to framing, Drywall, Roofing, light plumbing and electrical, masonry (brick, block, stucco), must be able to read measuring tape, knowledge of mixing grout, stucco, and mortar a huge plus. Decks erection and repair, remodeling and renovation experience will get you paid more once you can show you have the skills. If you claim to have experience and i start you at 30 dollars an hour and you make a bunch of mistakes you will be fired without pay. Zero tolerance for lying, stealing, arguing, and cutting corners. If you want to be paid as a professional you must act accordingly.
license preferred but not needed

pay ranges from 15 an hour with no experience or DL required and up to 60,000/year salary for project manager with suv or truck, box truck. The more you can offer the more you will be paid. if you don't have tools you can use mine. apply for more details.
