Account Manager and Order Processor Position

About the role: The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our key retail partners, processing large orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective warranty management and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in account management, preferably in the home goods or furniture industry. Responsibilities: Manage relationships with key retail partners, including big box retailers, and ensure that orders are processed smoothly and on time Provide exceptional customer service and warranty support to customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently Provide regular reports on account status and sales performance Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the home goods or furniture industry Proven track record in managing large orders and relationships with big box retailers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience in warranty management and customer service If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for the home goods industry, we want to hear from you.
