Responsibilities

• Provide OR coverage as CVOR tech, including scrubbing and circulating for ortho, neuro, robotic, vascular, general, urology, and gyne procedures.
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, assist with instrument handling, and set up robotic systems and CVOR equipment as needed.
• Assist with patient positioning, instrumentation management, specimen handling, and ensuring supply availability and infection control.
• Monitor intraoperative imaging and cardiovascular instrumentation, coordinating with surgical and anesthesia teams for smooth case flow.
• Adhere to on-call requirements and 4/10 scheduling, with no block schedule guaranteed.

Requirements

• Experience across ortho, neuro, robotic, vascular, general, urology, and gyne procedures in an OR CVOR environment.
• Ability to work days in a hospital setting with on-call responsibilities as required.
• Comfortable with a 4/10 schedule and variable case load.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and adherence to sterile technique and safety protocols.
• Must be able to operate in a fast-paced surgical environment and follow perioperative standards.
