Pediatric/PICU Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient

Henry Ford Health System is seeking a Pediatric/PICU Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join the St. Johns Children's Hospital team. In this full-time role, you will optimize pediatric patients’ medication management while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the safety and quality of care. Your responsibilities include assessing medication orders, providing drug information, and mentoring pharmacy residents.
