Arbor Terrace Highland Park is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers for a variety of Part-Time schedules in both Assisted Living and Memory Care. No certification is required! We are happy to train eligible hires who have the right heart and attitude for senior care.
Weekend Shift Differential Available!
Earn an additional $1.50/hour for weekend shifts.

What You'll Do as a Caregiver
Provide exceptional, personalized care to seniors
Assist residents with activities of daily living
Encourage resident engagement and socialization
Help create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment
Support residents with compassion, dignity, and respect
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Certification or license is NOT required
Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and care for seniors with patience and kindness
Available Schedules
Assisted Living
Full-Time | 7AM3PM
Part-Time | 3PM11PM Weekends Only
Part-Time | 11PM7AM
Memory Care
Part-Time | 3PM11PM Weekends Only
Part-Time Flexible Schedule Available
