Work schedule includes four 10-hour shifts and rotating weekends. The assignment length is 13 weeks. The unit has a total of 175 beds. There are 11 SLP staff, including three full-time positions, with the remainder PRN. Day shift hours only, with a focus on team collaboration. Patient ratios and staffing models ensure effective patient care. The typical equipment used includes FEES and MBSS. The electronic medical record system is EPIC. Credentialing for FEES and MBSS is preferred. The ideal candidate is a team player and adaptable. Dress code consists of hunter green scrubs. Weekend rotations are a significant aspect of the position.
