CNA Day Shift Job Opportunity

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the day shift in our skilled nursing / long-term care facility . Under new management, we’re focused on creating a positive, team-oriented environment where CNAs are respected, supported, and appreciated .

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily care needs including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, and ADLs
Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition promptly
Respond to call lights and perform routine rounds
Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments
Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements

Active Missouri CNA certification – required
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Strong communication skills
