Job Summary:

Town Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our multiple locations in Maywood, Emerson, Bergenfield, Paramus, and Clifton. As a Nurse Practitioner at Town PT, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient rehab therapy setting.
Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide primary care services to patients with a focus on support, function, and movement.

• Administer catheter care and perform sterile processing following the highest standards of practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a teaching hospital environment to optimize patient outcomes.

• Utilize ICD-9 coding for accurate diagnosis and treatment documentation.

• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.

• Specialize in treating ailments and medical conditions, including experience with pediatric patients and dermal fillers.

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation for each patient.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Nurse Practitioner.

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.

• Certification in Catheter Care and Sterile Processing preferred.

• Experience working in a primary care or similar clinical setting.

• Proficiency in ICD-9 coding and medical documentation practices.

• Strong background in pediatric care and familiarity with dermal fillers.
