Supports daily operations by coordinating with internal teams and maintaining accurate customer records while delivering professional and empathetic service.

• Answer and manage incoming calls, ensuring proper distribution and follow-up
• Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and service requests
• Accurately record and maintain customer information and documentation
• Process and fulfill orders for delivery or pickup
