What You’ll Do Support production operations by managing administrative processes, maintaining data accuracy, and helping teams stay aligned and efficient. Process goods receipts and transactions in SAP. Release and manage work orders through SAP. Print and organize technical drawings, product labels, and production documentation. Maintain accurate records, including scanning, filing, and archiving documentation. Create and manage electronic records to support production traceability. Coordinate and schedule monthly inventory cycle counts. Verify that production processes and documentation meet required standards. Support Production Team Leads with daily workflow coordination and standard work activities. Assist with updating work instructions and maintaining documentation accuracy. Collaborate with Engineering to support process clarity, standardization, and compliance. Provide system and process support to operators and team members as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and manage multiple tasks. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work cross‑functionally with production and engineering teams. 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or production support role is a plus.
