As a Security Officer Warehouse Patrol in Independence, KY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.22 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including operational areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, while observing for conditions that could help to deter loss, disruption, and/or unauthorized activity. Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and delivery traffic, and support access control procedures in accordance with site expectations. Document routine activities, incidents, and/or maintenance or operational concerns, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
