Marksman Security Corporation is hiring immediately for a 2nd Shift Mobile Officer! Plano, TX Part Time - Mobile Officer (2nd Shift) Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 2:00pm to 10:00pm The site is a Headquarters location, and will require the highest level of professionalism, customer service, and high quality candidates with excellent work ethics. Required to have previous experience in security or customer service fields. State training and licensing assistance may be available for qualified candidates. $50 Sign-On Bonus – Active Guard Card. What We're Looking For We hire for our core values — and we mean it: Service — You understand that exceptional service builds trust and reputation Integrity — You are accountable, honest, and self-aware Innovation — You look for better ways to get the job done Drive — You bring 100% effort and push through obstacles Commitment — You dedicate yourself to the mission Responsibilities Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents) Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed Other duties to be determined by management Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age or older High school degree or equivalent Valid state licensing Professional demeanor and appearance Basic computer skills Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Minimum of one year of customer service experience Minimum of one year of security experience Must be able to pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug) This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time #J-18808-Ljbffr Marksman Security
