Immigration Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Immigration Paralegal with at least two years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing and writing petitions, as well as a deep understanding of immigration law and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents
- Conduct legal research related to immigration cases and policy changes
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation
- Coordinate filings with government agencies and track case progress
- Maintain case files and ensure compliance with legal deadlines

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in immigration law
- Proven experience in writing petitions and preparing immigration filings
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software
