ICS Program Director

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Regional Program Director for our Western regionto guide the appropriate support services for our clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their individual homes. There is regular travel involved in the position to support the region and programs. We’re seeking a dynamic, mission-driven leader to oversee multi-site program operations, drive team performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery. In this role, you’ll mentor and develop Program Managers, champion operational excellence, and lead initiatives that strengthen both quality and growth across the region.
