Customer Service/Parts RepresentativeOur client, an industrial truck manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service/Parts Representative to join their team. This position will be part of the Parts & Service Department supporting the Parts Sales / Service Advisor function. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced repair environment, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Customer Service Dept - Parts and SalesLocation: Lake Wales, FLPay Range: $23Shift: 8AM - 5:00PMWhat's the Job?Be the main point of contact for customers needing to order parts or service for their trucksAssist in identifying specialized hydraulic and mechanical grapple truck components and help customers find the correct replacement parts.Formulate and process parts sales orders, quotes, and invoices using inventory and ERP software.Greet customers and respond to inbound phone calls and email inquiries regarding repair estimates, parts availability, and service statuses.Open, track, and close repair orders (ROs) while ensuring labor and part estimates are clearly broken down for customers and shop foremen.What's Needed?High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical or trade certification in diesel mechanics/heavy equipment is a plus.2+ years of experience in parts sales, automotive/equipment service writing, or a commercial parts counter role.Familiarity with ERP systems.Proficiency with parts lookup catalogs, cross-reference software, and Windows-based inventory/accounting programs.What's in it for me?Be the key liaison between customers and the shop by coordinating parts arrival for scheduled repairs.Use your technical knowledge to solve real-world parts and service challenges, including special orders and back-ordered components.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
