Job Description Pay Range: $24.42–$30.52 per hour The Fit Pros at Chuze lead various exercise classes and activities designed to improve participants’ physical fitness and overall well‑being. They are knowledgeable and courteous professionals dedicated to creating exceptional fitness experiences, which makes our classes a top choice for Chuze members. Low Impact: Aqua, Silver Sneakers Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Build a strong rapport and sense of community with members by maintaining a consistent coaching schedule and providing safe and motivating sessions for participants. Deliver classes within Chuze guidelines, arriving to each class prepared with any necessary equipment and music and adhering to licensing agency requirements. Complete Chuze onboarding and training materials before teaching live sessions and maintain knowledge of updates. Maintain Chuze cleanliness standards during and after sessions and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean. Engage in the growth and development process by utilizing feedback received from the Fitness Manager through regular check‑ins, training, and session evaluations. Participate in ongoing fitness industry education and maintain proof of current credentials. Maintain professional relationships through communication and teamwork with all Chuze staff to meet member and facility needs. Attend and participate in regularly scheduled Fitness department meetings and special promotional events to promote participation in Chuze Fitness offerings. Utilize the Fitness Communication Platform for essential department communications. Physical Requirements Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English. Walking and climbing stairs. Leading and performing high‑intensity workouts. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
