Start Up Associate- Healthcare

A global healthcare AI company seeking a Startup Associate. Hours/Schedule: TBD Job Type: Full-time Location Requirements: Hybrid – two days in office at Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA Rate: $52,000 – $62,000 annually Job Description: Our client is seeking a Startup Associate to help build and improve the operational backbone of the business. This role sits at the intersection of operations, product development, and customer success. Depending on experience, talent level, and initiative, responsibilities begin with operations and operational process workflow enhancements and can expand to US-based customer success and product development responsibilities along with growth. Responsibilities: Liaise with hospitals and providers to retrieve patient records Liaise with patients to retrieve patient histories, goals, and questions for the experts Design operations workflows between patient registration and report delivery Interface with customer/client representatives to explain and understand operational needs and unique cases Interface with product development teams to design, test, and implement new products and workflows Help shape products and AI-enabled systems based on real-world needs, including AI-based voice and fax agents, record retrieval and relevance scoring, medical record curation and summarization, and patient-facing language translation Qualifications: Experience in healthcare; preference for someone who has worked in a medical office and has experience speaking with patients and/or caregivers and with hospital records departments.
