Senior AI Engineer - Real-Time Voice & LLM Systems

Advanced Monitored Caregiving Inc.

Advanced Monitored Caregiving Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer: Applied AI (Voice Agents & ML Systems) to build and operate production AI voice agents that hold real phone conversations in a regulated healthcare setting.

You will work across streaming, real-time telephony, LLM engineering, traditional ML, and cloud infrastructure, owning end-to-end pipelines and ensuring latency, safety, and governance in production.
