Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Haida Nursing and Rehab in Hastings, Pennsylvania. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and mobility
Support residents with their personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs
Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in care conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

Requirements:

Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of a CNA training program or equivalent experience
Ability to lift, bend, and transfer residents (up to 50 pounds)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
