Composites TechnicianSchedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Saturdays, 6:00 AM – 11:00 AMPay: $18/hourType: Contract-to-HirePosition OverviewWe are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Composites Technicians to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production role working with composite materials, foam, plastics, carbon fiber, and metal components. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, following detailed work instructions, and maintaining high quality standards.ResponsibilitiesFabricate, assemble, trim, shape, and finish composite componentsWork with materials including carbon fiber, foam, plastics, and metalPerform sanding, assembly, and finishing operationsRead and follow work instructions, process sheets, and production documentationUse hand tools and shop equipment, including sanders, bandsaws, presses, and vacuum equipmentPerform visual inspections and identify quality concernsMeasure and verify parts using calipers, micrometers, and tape measuresSupport quality standards by recognizing and escalating issues when necessaryMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWear required PPE and follow all safety proceduresMeet daily production goals while maintaining quality expectationsQualificationsPrevious manufacturing, production, assembly, or composites experience preferredAbility to read and follow written work instructionsComfortable working with composite materials, carbon fiber dust, and manufacturing debrisAbility to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measuresBasic computer skills and ability to complete required documentationAttention to detail and commitment to qualityWillingness to perform hands-on, physical work in a production environmentAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksReliable attendance and strong work ethicWork EnvironmentFast-paced manufacturing environmentHands-on fabrication and assembly workExposure to carbon fiber dust, sanding operations, noise, and manufacturing equipmentPPE required at all timesCandidates must be comfortable working in a shop environment and getting dirty as part of the jobWhat We Offer$18/hour starting payMonday–Friday schedule with a 6:00 AM start timeSaturday overtime opportunities (6:00 AM – 11:00 AM)Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potentialHands-on experience working with advanced composite materialsOpportunity for growth within a manufacturing and quality-focused environmentLinked, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
