Registered Nurse - Night Shift Position We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Night Shift team at Mount Joseph at Waterville, a reputable healthcare facility in Waterville, Maine, USA. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care: Provide individualized care to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans. Monitor patient conditions: Assess patient vital signs, respond to changes in patient condition, and administer medications as needed. Maintain accurate records: Document patient care, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Support a culture of safety: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to a safe and respectful work environment.
