Estimator – Commercial Drywall A well-established commercial construction contractor is seeking an Entry-to-Mid Level Drywall Estimator to join its team in Oklahoma. This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator who has a solid foundation in commercial drywall and framing and wants to continue developing their estimating skills with a company known for a strong team culture, supportive leadership, and opportunities for long-term growth. Requirements: Previous estimating experience within commercial drywall, metal framing, or interior construction Experience with structural framing Working knowledge of On-Screen Takeoff (OST) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Motivated to learn, develop, and grow within the organization Responsibilities: Perform takeoffs and prepare estimates for commercial drywall and framing projects Review plans, specifications, and bid documents Estimate drywall, metal framing, and structural framing scopes Utilize On-Screen Takeoff (OST) for quantity takeoffs and bid preparation Assist with material, labor, and subcontractor pricing Communicate with vendors, project teams, and general contractors throughout the bidding process Help identify scope gaps, potential risks, and value-engineering opportunities Compensation, Benefits & Perks: Competitive base salary: $65,000 – $80,000+ (depending on experience and market) Bonus and/or incentive potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Professional development and advancement opportunities All inquiries are CONFIDENTIAL .
