We firmly believe that words and actions matter, which is why all individuals are to be treated equally and with respect.Job ResponsibilitiesCollect trash and dirty linen and deliver to soiled linen pickup area and dumpsters.Deliver clean linen to guest room attendants.Deliver all extra supplies.Clean fireplaces and grills.Ensure all equipment is in operation order and all supplies are up to par. Report equipment that needs repair or supplies that need to be orderedClean ceilings, move heavy furniture, and deep clean carpets as assignedTurn in all Lost & Found items following the standard proceduresBe familiar with the operating procedures of all other areas of the hotel, cooperating fully and in a friendly manner with those areas to assure customer satisfactionEnsure areas are free of safety hazards and performs all duties in a safe and efficient mannerBe a Team Player and encourage a teamwork attitude among staffOther duties and tasks as assignedJob RequirementsPrevious cleaning experience preferredPrevious customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related establishment preferredIdentification verifying you are at least 18 years of ageThe ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidaysThe ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs.)The desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environmentThe ability and desire to work independently with little supervisionMulti-tasking skillsStrong communication skills - the ability to speak, read, and write in the English LanguageThe ability to learn quickly and work in fast-paced position with guest interactionMust have a good driving record and valid driver's License.Reliable transportationEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
