Associate Project Manager - Creative Operations

Associate Project Manager – Creative Operations Location: El Segundo, California (Onsite). Pay range: USD $80,000 – $100,000 yearly. Responsibilities Track and manage omnichannel asset creation in WorkFront for assigned Mattel brands. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to secure samples, 3D renders, and high‑resolution images. Support photo shoot production, including logistics, product prep, and on‑set coordination. Lead weekly status meetings to track deliverables and elevate blockers as needed. Maintain digital assets through tagging, organization, and publishing workflows. Partner with Creative and Production to ensure asset accuracy and brand consistency. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows. Document and communicate clearly to support cross‑functional alignment. Qualifications Strong experience in project management with ability to multitask and focus. Excellent organization, leadership, communication skills, and business acumen. Professionalism with excellent client‑service skills. Ability to lead meetings and present at a high level. Production experience or knowledge of photo and video production. Ability to create and follow procedures. Experience with Workfront or other project‑management tools, MS Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Alignment with core values: nimble, communicative, collaborative.
