Job Description

Within the Commercial & Communication department, you will play a strategic role in the development of SFERIS by contributing to the conquest of new markets and the success of railway projects.

In this role, you will:

• Lead responses to tenders and price studies from A to Z.

• Analyze commercial opportunities and define the most effective response strategies.

• Build competitive technical and financial offers in collaboration with subject matter experts.

• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure the quality and consistency of proposals.

• Participate in negotiations and client presentations.

• Contribute directly to the growth of the company by winning strategic contracts.

• Ensure the transmission of won projects to operational teams to guarantee their success.

Profile Sought

Beyond your skills, we are looking for an engaged, curious, and ambitious personality.

You enjoy challenging yourself, analyzing complex situations, and building effective solutions. You know how to rally various stakeholders around a common goal and you appreciate environments where autonomy, initiative, and team spirit are valued.

You hold a Bac+5 (engineering school, business school, or equivalent university degree) and have significant experience in price studies, tenders, or commercial development, ideally in the railway sector.

You also have:

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.

• Good mastery of pricing tools, Excel, and project management.

• A strong results-oriented mindset and a focus on customer service.
