Senior Influencer Marketing Manager

You are a Creator & Influencer Senior Manager at Crispin. You are responsible for supporting and leading the execution of influencer marketing campaigns. This role involves managing communications, negotiations, and progress tracking, as well as guiding team coordinators and associate managers. You ensure campaign success through diligent management, innovative ideas, and collaboration across multiple teams. Responsibilities Lead the execution of influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiations and communications Draft campaign briefs and materials as directed and needed Review influencer content to ensure alignment with FTC guidelines, client goals, and messaging, with final approval by a senior team member Manage and expand Crispin’s network of influencers Assist in team trainings and presentations Create contract templates with approval from a senior team member Manage a minimum of 50+ influencers across multiple campaigns simultaneously, maintaining organization and efficiency Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including paid media, SEO, and creative Present ideas confidently in internal meetings and commitments, contributing to the strategic direction of campaigns Act as the main point of contact for influencer tools and train new employees on their use Oversee the execution of client’s influencer plans Establish campaign success metrics based off client’s objectives Lead influencer reporting by using quantitative and qualitative data to understand consumer behavior and track against campaign goals with approval by senior team member Support on influencer planning and strategy Lead team brainstorms for client renewal or new business Ability to run, schedule and coordinate client meetings Involved in interviewing process Qualifications 5-7 years of relevant creator/influencer experience Ability to work from our Downtown office on Tuesdays and Thursdays Demonstrated understanding of and adherence to the influencer management process Proven track record of clear and effective communication, both internally within the team and externally with influencers Possess a solid understanding of all influencer tools and platforms, utilizing them effectively to enhance campaign outcomes Base Compensation Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
