Grandview Nursing & Rehabilitation - Occupational Therapist (OT) — Full-time Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (AHS) Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to help residents build or restore the skills needed for daily living and greater independence. Role Overview The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled occupational therapy services in coordination with the interdisciplinary care team. Responsibilities Evaluate residents’ functional abilities and therapy needs. Create and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide interventions focused on daily living skills, upper-extremity function, safety, cognition, and adaptive techniques. Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation. Collaborate with residents, families, therapists, nursing, and other care partners. Qualifications Current OT license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
