Delivery Driver / Receiving Clerk

Specific duties may include:

• Treating customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adhering to assigned delivery schedule and following all job directives precisely
• Completing a thorough load check on your truck after leaving the Facility, ensuring that all delivery materials are firmly secure and all parts of your truck are following all federal, state, and local regulations
• Working in cooperation with Shipping and Receiving clerks to determine where to set the materials and unload them.
• Completing and filing all logs and required government paperwork in a precise and timely manner
• Responsibilities may include warehouse work, including loading and unloading materials on to or off trucks or into warehouse as assigned
• High Level understanding of Receiving Clerk duties with the ability to step in and help when needed.
• Computer literate
• This position does not require over-the-road travel

Qualifications:

• Currently have a CDL Class B license or ability to pass all exams/tests to obtain a CDL Class B license within the first 2 months of employment.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of related work experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively during a shift with the ability to reach, push, pull, lean, twist, and bend.
