Retail Store Manager, Fabletics (St. Louis Galleria - St. Louis, MO)

Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager for our store at St. Louis Galleria in St. Louis, MO! As the Store Manager, you will lead the charge in creating a world‑class retail environment, overseeing all aspects of Sales & Operations, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience between our website and our retail stores. Responsibilities Collaborate with Store Leaders to recruit, hire, and train a team of enthusiastic associates. Embed our culture and values through a high degree of self‑accountability, serving as a model for all team members. Recruit, hire, and train store Associates and Supervisors and prepare them to actively engage customers. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, from in‑store events and promotions to community projects. Direct daily activities of Store Supervisors and Associates in alignment with company and store goals. Work with cross‑functional teams such as Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Fulfillment to provide timely outcomes. Manage day‑to‑day operational tasks related to payroll, inventory, and paperwork to ensure operational efficiency. Develop and maintain store merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey. Gather and incorporate feedback from all levels to continuously improve the business. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as a manager within a retail environment. Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to positively engage customers, employees, and business partners. Ability to work with large teams, setting personal and professional goals for themselves and others. Analytical and quantitative capability, comfortable building advanced spreadsheet models. Experience with Excel, Outlook, retail inventory, and POS systems. Self‑motivated, good communicator, able to bring out the best in others. Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure. Comprehensive physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing may be required.
