About the Position The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to fulfillment center leadership, supporting a high-volume, fast-paced hourly workforce. This role drives the people strategy aligned with operational goals, focusing on employee relations, workforce planning, engagement, compliance, and leadership coaching.

About the Position The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to fulfillment center leadership, supporting a high-volume, fast-paced hourly workforce. This role drives the people strategy aligned with operational goals, focusing on employee relations, workforce planning, engagement, compliance, and leadership coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with site leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with operational goals
- Provide workforce data insights and recommend actions
- Coach managers on leadership and performance
- Create and maintain a positive employee relations culture
- Manage employee relations issues and investigations
- Support workforce planning and hiring strategies
- Lead performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years supporting an hourly workforce
- Ability to quickly build rapports with all levels of employees
- Experience in fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing environment
- Strong employee relations experience
- 5+ years HR experience
- Multi-shift operations experience
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM)
- Work Environment : Fast-paced fulfillment center environment with regular floor presence and support across multiple shifts.
- Floor Mobility: Frequent walking across large warehouse floors, climbing stairs or mezzanines, and navigating around active equipment like forklifts and conveyor belts.
- Endurance: Standing and walking for extended periods (often 4-8 hours) during facility tours, training sessions, or floor observations.
- Lifting & Carrying: The ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 to 50 lbs, such as boxes, office supplies, or event materials.
- Ergonomic Posture: Reaching overhead, bending, twisting, crouching, or kneeling to access files or assist with occasional hands-on operations during busy periods.
- Environment Tolerance: Working in varying industrial environments, including fluctuating temperatures, loud noise levels, and exposure to dust.
