Compressor Technician — Field Ops, Growth & Safety

ConocoPhillips’s Lower 48 segment operates across 13 countries and includes a strong focus on safe, efficient compression systems. The Compressor Technician role is based in Kermit, TX, supporting new site construction, equipment installation, and ongoing optimization of compression systems. You will work with the Gas Lift/Compression Foreman, vendors, and field teams to drive operational excellence.
