Registered Nurse For Home CareJoin our team as Registered Nurse for Home Care for our weekend rotation coverage!The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care in accordance with the policies and procedures of a Medicare-certified home care agency. In this role, the RN develops, implements, and supervises individualized care plans to meet each resident's unique healthcare needs. The RN also monitors residents' conditions, evaluates changes in health status, and communicates with physicians, family members, and responsible parties as needed to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.Why Join Us?No driving required!
