Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Monroe & Southfield, MI. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining inventory. Additional responsibilities include implementing store policies, monitoring sales, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication skills
Experience in Store Management
Retail Loss Prevention knowledge
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Proficiency in basic computer applications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
