We prioritize customer obsession and a bias for action, fostering a collaborative culture where every engineer is encouraged to take ownership and deliver meaningful impact.The RoleWe're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who leans frontend to build our RCM product while also contributing to our established Marketplace. You'll spend the majority of your time building the experiences dental practice owners and their teams use every day, while owning features end to end across the stack.We care deeply about customers and the product experience. You'll work closely with product, business stakeholders, and other engineers to understand customer problems, shape solutions, and ship experiences that feel simple and intuitive.We expect AI to be part of how you build. Project planning, driving implementation with coding agents, and reviewing output with the same rigor you'd apply to a teammate's pull request. Our interview process reflects this.
