Wealth Associate - Family Wealth Management

Phoenix, AZ | $75,000-$85,000 Base + Bonus

If you've spent the last few years building your foundation in wealth management but feel like you're ready for more client exposure, more responsibility, and a faster path forward , this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

A growing Phoenix-based wealth management firm is looking for a Wealth Associate to join its team. This role is designed for someone with approximately 2-4 years of experience who has developed strong financial planning fundamentals and is ready to take the next step toward becoming a well-rounded, client-facing wealth professional.

Maybe you're currently with an RIA, family office, private bank, brokerage, or larger financial institution where your responsibilities are highly segmented. You've learned a lot-but you're ready to do more than support the process from behind the scenes.

Here, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with clients and families , learn alongside experienced wealth professionals, and gain exposure to multiple areas of comprehensive wealth management.

As a Wealth Associate, you'll work closely with senior wealth professionals while becoming increasingly involved in the client relationship.

You'll:

• Support advisors across multiple client relationships and wealth management disciplines
• Participate in client meetings and help prepare financial planning materials and presentations
• Build relationships with clients and become a trusted resource for day-to-day questions and service needs
• Assist with comprehensive financial planning and wealth management strategies
• Coordinate meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities
• Help manage client requests and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate client information, activities, and workflows within the firm's systems
• Work collaboratively with senior advisors while gradually taking on greater client-facing responsibility
• Continue developing the technical and relationship skills necessary to grow your career in wealth management

We're looking for someone who has already built a solid foundation and is ready to take on more.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-4 years of wealth management or financial services experience
• Experience within an RIA, family office, bank, brokerage, or similar financial institution
• Bachelor's degree required , preferably in Financial Planning, Finance, Wealth Management, or a related fi
