MRI Technologist - Hilliard, Ohio

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced MRI Technologist with expertise in imaging and MRI procedures. This contract assignment spans 13 weeks and is vital to maintaining high-quality imaging services for patients.


Schedule:

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
• Night shifts, 6:30 pm - 7:00 am
• Specific days to be discussed during the interview

Qualifications:

• Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography [RT(R)]
• Valid and active MRI credentialing preferred
• State of Ohio Radiologic license required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficient in MRI technique, imaging protocols, and safety procedures
• Previous MRI Technologist experience strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images according to physician orders and departmental protocols
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy throughout the imaging process
• Screen patients to confirm contraindications and review relevant medical history
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all procedures accurately
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to provide high-standard care
• Participate in equipment maintenance, quality assurance, and safety inspections
• Follow all infection control, safety guidelines, and HIPAA regulations
