Pay Rate: $22.45/hr

Shift: A-C shift

Description: Job Title: Equipment Operator A- C Shift
Type of position: Temp-to-hire
Location: Mooresville 46158

Job Duties:
• Safely operate warehouse equipment to transport and stage products
• Load and unload trailers accurately and efficiently
• Put away and retrieve materials from warehouse racking systems
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
• Support general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:
• Clamp Truck
• Dock Stocker
• Sit-Down Forklift
• Approximately 80% English proficiency
• Willingness to adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions
• Ability to stand in one place for a 12-hour shift
• Great attendance and reliability

Shift:
• 5:50am-6pm Rotating days

Pay Rate:
• $22.45/hr.

• No fake nails
• No hair extensions
• No jewelry
• Closed-toe, closed-heeled shoes or boots
• Clothing must be in good condition (no rips, tears, or frayed fabric)
• Undergarments must not be visible at any time
• No leggings or form-fitting athletic wear
First day info:
• Come into the facility, clock-in using the last 4 digits of your SSN, and head to the break room to meet your supervisor

Screening Requirements and Set Up:
• No felonies or misdemeanors within the past 7 years
• Completion of a mouth swab drug screen
