Job Description

Collaborative Robotics is seeking a Robotics Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operation of autonomous robotic systems within a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on operational role focused on monitoring robots, observing performance, reporting issues, and serving as an on-site representative for the Cobot team.\nThis position does not involve coding, software development, robot configuration, or engineering design.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n-Operate and monitor autonomous robotic systems during daily site operations.\n-Observe robot performance and report system behaviors, issues, or abnormalities to the Collaborative Robotics team.\n-Perform basic troubleshooting, including restarting equipment or reconnecting systems when appropriate.\n-Escalate issues promptly and help minimize operational disruptions.\nMaintain accurate documentation of robot performance and incidents.\n-Follow all site safety requirements and operational procedures.\n-Serve as a professional on-site liaison between Collaborative Robotics and the customer.
