What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities within your assigned market and community.

• Build relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement.

• Meet with prospective customers to understand their insurance and financial protection needs.

• Educate clients on available insurance products and coverage options.

• Present personalized solutions for auto, home, renters, life, business, and other insurance products.

• Guide customers through the complete sales process from consultation through policy issuance.

• Build long-term customer relationships through ongoing service and support.

• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects.

• Utilize CRM and digital sales tools to manage customer interactions and opportunities.

• Consistently work toward individual and agency sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
