You will take over for a departing associate who is stepping back for personal reasons, inheriting an already busy schedule boosted by 75+ new patients per month. This is a turn-key opportunity for an experienced dentist to function as the primary provider in a modern, highly efficient clinical setting. Highlights & Practice Features Work-Life Balance: Monday–Thursday schedule. No evenings, no weekends. Strong Patient Base: Predominantly PPO with above-average negotiated fees and top-tier UCR rates (80th percentile). No Medicaid. High Collections: Current sole provider collects $900,000/year. Modern Technology: Equipped with CBCT, iTero digital scanner, implant system. Full Team Support: Dedicated team of 2 Hygienists, 2 Dental Assistants, and 3 Front Office staff. Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed Base: $900 – $1,000/day minimum guarantee for the first 90 days. Production Pay: Highly competitive percentage of collections (NO lab fee deductions). Clinical Responsibilities & Scope Comprehensive general dentistry, restorative, and extractions. Implant Placement preferred, not required. Candidate Requirements Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice experience (ability to confidently manage a solo-provider schedule). Skills: Strong proficiency in core general dentistry procedures and extractions; experience or strong interest in implants/endo is a plus.
