We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team! The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent customer service skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Location: Coshocton, OHSchedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour Responsibilities: *Ensure company bills and invoices are paid accurately and on time.
*Write, process, and handle incoming and outgoing checks.
*Maintain accurate financial records and enter data into the company computer system.
*Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
*Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and customers.
*Organize and maintain financial documents and office records.
*Assist with general office duties and administrative tasks as needed.
*Communicate effectively with management regarding financial matters and daily office operations.
* Handling Invoices Qualifications: *Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience is preferred, but not required.
*Must know how to write and process checks.
*Strong computer skills with the ability to learn company software.
*Excellent organizational and time management skills.
*High attention to detail and accuracy.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, Spreadsheets is preferred.
*If you're not very familiar with computers, that's okay toothe company is happy to provide training on their computer system and daily office processes.
