Regional Sales Manager

Pro-Active Engineering is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business across aerospace & defense, medical device and industrial markets. This is a true hunter role for someone who can sell technical manufacturing services, build credibility with engineers and supply chain leaders, and convert new opportunities into RFQs, pipeline, and bookings. Pro-Active provides high-reliability electronics manufacturing and design services, including PCBA, EMS, design support, conformal coating, and related services. Pro-Active is entering a new growth phase with broader capabilities, expanded customer reach, and a more enterprise-focused sales motion. What You’ll Do Hunt for new business across aerospace & defense, medical device, and industrial accounts Build and manage a regional sales plan, target account list, pipeline, and forecast Open doors with engineering, supply chain, operations, and executive stakeholders Convert opportunities into RFQs, quotes, negotiations, and closed business Sell the full Pro-Active / Analog platform, not just one site or capability Maintain strong Salesforce discipline and pipeline ownership Partner with engineering, design, production, operations, and marketing to align customer needs with company capabilities Travel within the region to meet with prospects, customers, and strategic partners What We’re Looking For 5–7 years of sales experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, PCBA, technical manufacturing, or a related industry Proven hunter with a track record of developing new accounts and meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience selling into aerospace & defense, medical device, industrial, or other technical end markets Strong technical credibility with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and other technical stakeholders Ability to manage RFQs, pipeline, forecasts, negotiations, and customer relationships with discipline Willingness to travel up to 50% Preferred Experience Experience in electronics manufacturing, aerospace & defense, medical device, or industrial manufacturing Experience selling design-focused manufacturing services Experience selling into both technical and commercial stakeholders Why This Role This is an opportunity to join a business with a new growth trajectory, expanded capabilities, and a clear mandate to build a stronger enterprise sales motion.
