Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will operate production machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining product quality, meeting production goals, and following established procedures.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor industrial/manufacturing machinery.
- Adjust machine settings, speeds, and controls as needed.
- Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Read and follow work orders, blueprints, drawings, and operating instructions.
- Work cooperatively with supervisors, quality personnel, maintenance, and other team members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating manufacturing or production machinery preferred.
- Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings.
- Familiarity with basic measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic problem-solving skills.
