In this 18-month rotational program, you’ll experience two 9-month long assignments across key financial areas of AT&T to broaden your knowledge of the company and learn new skills and competencies along the way. You’ll experience numerous career development opportunities including exposure to leaders within AT&T, frequent feedback, small group interaction, and various mentorship opportunities. What you’ll do: Analyze and interpret financials and other relevant data; scope includes budget management, cost benefit analysis, financial forecasting, and expense management Partner with various business teams to evaluate how to best leverage analytics and reporting to meet evolving requirements and information needs Drive, develop and maintain numerous project deliverables that support the organization Work on issues of diverse scope including analysis of market trends and financial data to recommend data driven solutions Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, andExcel dashboards Increase productivity by identifying and developing automated reporting/forecasting tools Provide input on recommendations to achieve financial objectives Cost evaluation and pricing of new products, services, and contract proposals Conduct market research to support internal financial analysis What you’ll bring: Integrity that serves as your true north moral compass. What you’ll need: Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program focusing on finance, or other specialized related degrees Estimated graduation by June 2027 Ability to meet the full-time, in-office requirement in Dallas throughout the duration of the program 0-3+ years of proven work experience in Finance/Business related setting (internships, cohorts, etc) Strong analytical and data gathering skills & experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, etc) Our Finance Development Program colleagues earn an annual salary between $65,400 – $98,200, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting pay within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
