Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Must be willing and able to work all stations in-store, such as making menu items, assisting customers on the phone and in-store, and expediting orders from the cut table Additional Information Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Operate all store equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler. Prepare products. Receive and process telephone orders. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Work Conditions and Abilities Work conditions may include exposure to varying weather, in-store temperatures from 33 to 90+ degrees, and odors from food, scents, or cleaners. Exposure to cornmeal dust; confined spaces such as a walk-in cooler; hot surfaces up to 500 degrees; sharp edges and moving parts. Staying on feet for most tasks; occasional stairs or ladders; lifting up to 50 pounds; dough trays and product cases up to 25-50 pounds; carrying items between areas; occasional climbing of stairs during deliveries; reaching above 72" and other ranges for equipment and ingredients.
