- IT Technician I555 W MIDDLE VERDE RD - CAMP VERDE, AZ 86322## OverviewSalary Range$50,000.00 SalaryPosition TypeFull TimeJob ShiftAnyEducation LevelHigh SchoolCategoryInformation Technology## Description**POSITION SUMMARY**: Ensure systems run efficiently and securely, requiring strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES:*** Responsible for assisting in the support and service of Cliff Castle Casino’s IT infrastructure systems’ needs.* Will provide timely MIS service to Cliff Castle Casino's End Users.* Build and install computers as needed.* Perform regular maintenance on computers as required per schedules.* Complete daily work duty detail log* Pull and install data/audio/video lines as needed.* Perform other duties as assigned.## Qualifications**QUALIFICATIONS** (Indicate if Qualification is Required or Preferred):*Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.*1. **Required Education: HS Diploma** **Preferred** **Education: 2yr Degree**2. **Work Experience:** 1. Two (2) years as an IT Technician3. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** 1. Must possess excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, organizational, and planning skills. 2. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. 3. Ability to diagnose basic electronic problems in equipment such as: computers, monitors, data lines, sound systems, phones and printers.4. **Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:** 1. Valid certification in at least one of the following: Network+ or Cisco Network Systems.5. Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.6. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.7. Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.8. Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment. Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.
