IT Sr. Manager, Salesforce Solutions Architect - Commercial Applications

Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals

Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals seeks a Salesforce Solutions Architect to design and evolve the company's Salesforce ecosystem across commercial, sales, and marketing functions. The role balances hands-on configuration with strategic architecture work, focusing on Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud in a regulated biotech environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical architect and owner for Salesforce Commercial platforms across Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Design and configure Salesforce solutions including objects, flows, security models, and AI agent implementations
Partner with Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Patient Services teams to translate business requirements into scalable architectures
Design Marketing Cloud journeys, integrations, and data synchronization across platforms and external systems
Define governance standards, enforce best practices, and oversee environment management and deployments

Requirements

Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud platforms
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, flows, security models, and data structures
Demonstrated experience designing Marketing Cloud journeys and marketing automation workflows
Strong knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities including Agentforce, Einstein, and LLM integration
Experience with API design, integrations, and middleware connecting Salesforce to external systems
Understanding of data privacy, regulatory compliance, and governance in regulated industries
Proven ability to mentor technical teams and establish architectural best practices
