Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join their Automotive Warranty and Product Liability Practice Group in Troy, MI. Duties Handle depositions and engage directly with clients. Collaborate with technical experts and manage discovery tasks. Draft and argue motions in court. Support partners in strategic litigation planning and trial preparation. Develop expertise across a broad range of legal matters. Requirements 2+ years of litigation experience. Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills. High degree of independence and initiative. Desire to contribute to client success. Education JD from an accredited law school. Certifications Active member of the Michigan Bar. Skills Understanding of current state and federal procedures. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
